The purpose of the NIR is to prevent the transmission of infection between patients, staff and others associated with the clinic.

Transmission of infection can have serious human and economic consequences for the individual patient and society. At the clinic   it must be assumed that every patient can be a carrier of infection, but there are many ways to avoid infection, and it can be challenging for even the best to navigate when it comes to infection hygiene guidelines.

About the teacher:
Jonna Lund has extensive experience as a clinic assistant with varied responsibilities.
For the past 5 years, she has worked as a teacher and radiation protection coordinator at the Dental Clinic Assistant Education at EUC Syd in Aabenraa. Now she is employed as a Dental Specialist at the Dental Institute, where she offers training in various topics for dental clinics.
