ORDER AND PAYMENT
www.dentalinstituttet.dk is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore always shop. However, it can happen in very rare cases that we close the store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

To shop at www.dentalinstituttet.dk, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. You can also shop on behalf of a dental clinic and receive an invoice for your purchase, as long as you are authorized to make the purchase on behalf of the dental clinic. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still buy goods if you have obtained the consent of your guardian or otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase.

These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods at www.dentalinstituttet.dk for delivery in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

We reserve the right for typing errors and out-of-stock items.

RECEPTION
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been entered into when you have received an invoice from us. This is attached to the email you receive that the item has been shipped. Furthermore, it will also be sent with the order when it is packed. The enclosed invoice in the package must be attached if the item is to be returned.

14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Some goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal, or you may lose your right of withdrawal, including books where the plastic packaging is broken. Or goods which, for reasons of hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken - your right of withdrawal is void here.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday. In the case of several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually, or an item delivered in several lots, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or lot.

IMPORTANT: We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible.

RETURN
If you regret the purchase, the goods must be returned to:

RETURN PACKAGES MUST BE SENT BY DELIVERY

We do not accept return mail sent to a post office or parcel box. In such cases, it must be expected that the package will return to the sender, after which it must be sent again (with redistribution). All expenses in such situations are borne by the sender. Alternatively, return packages can be delivered to our physical address.

An item purchased on the webshop can also be returned to the physical address. Remember to bring your order confirmation. See address above.

According to the consumer rule, the amount must be repaid before 14 days have passed from the receipt of the goods, however we endeavor to repay the money immediately after receiving the return item(s).
