Do you know the situation: You're about to hand out a bite guard and suddenly you end up with acrylic shavings everywhere while you ask yourself: Why did it never fit the first time?

Peter has faced this challenge too, and now he invites you to his bite splint course, where you will learn how to deliver a bite splint efficiently and predictably.

The course covers everything from function and design to pre-examination, indications, contraindications and the most important do's and don'ts, tips and tricks. 

Peter wants to give you the tools to choose the right splint for your patient to maximize patient satisfaction and minimize workload.

Practical info

The teacher 
Dentist Peter Weyergang graduated from Aarhus School of Dentistry in 2016. He is a partner at Tandlægehuset in Bramming and has a special interest in bite rehabilitation. 

Target group

The course is aimed at dentists and dental hygienists, but anyone with an interest in bite splints is welcome.

Peter Weyergang is well versed in the theory of bite splints. He has strived to achieve best practice in his own treatments and he would like to share his experiences in this course.

Course participants will gain an increased understanding of the basic principles behind different types of bite splints. Peter Weyergang will review the diagnostic criteria and treatment methods that can improve patient comfort and manage conditions such as teeth grinding, jaw pain and sleep apnea considerations.There will be a focus on practical tips and tricks, so attendees will leave with practical knowledge to ensure effective treatment and patient satisfaction.

Terms and conditions 

If desired, a course can be canceled up to 5 weeks before at no cost. If canceled 2-5 weeks before, 50% of the course price will be refunded. If canceled less than 2 weeks before, we cannot refund the course fee as we are liable for costs at this time. 

However, the course place can be allocated to another participant at no cost.
