About the course 

Dentalinstituttet has teamed up with Daniel Turi Hedelund from the Danish Technological Institute to create this tailored course for dental clinics. The course offers highly practical and specific examples of administrative tasks that can be streamlined using ChatGPT.

The training takes place directly at your clinic and is delivered on a very hands-on level, using real-life examples from the daily workflow of dental practices. Tasks will be solved together and on participants’ own computers throughout the course.

The course is intended for everyone at the clinic involved in administration and communication. You will gain practical and valuable tools to help save time and avoid unnecessary mistakes when communicating on behalf of the clinic.

During the course, we will work with website copy, social media updates, patient information letters, handling complaints, minutes from staff meetings, employee handbooks, chemical workplace assessments (APV), procedure descriptions, job advertisements, and much more.

You will leave with practical tools and a solid foundational understanding of how to navigate and utilise ChatGPT to optimise the clinic’s administrative and communication workflows - starting the very moment the course ends.

Practical Information

The teacher 

Daniel Turi Hedelund is a consultant and instructor in AI at the Danish Technological Institute, specialising in Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT. He also serves as project manager for the national initiative AI Denmark, which supports SMEs in integrating AI into their operations and workflows.

Time & Venue

At your own clinic, by arrangement.

Duration

The course has a duration of approximately 5–6 hours. Course certificates will be issued afterwards.

Target Audience
Clinic owners, receptionists, clinic coordinators, and anyone else involved in administration or communication at the clinic.

Price

DKK 39,000 incl. VAT for up to 25 participants.

Additional participants are charged at DKK 500 incl. VAT.

Travel from Greve will be added according to the Danish state mileage rates, as well as any bridge tolls.

Important & Practical Information

• The course is held at your clinic in your own facilities, and all exercises are completed using the clinic’s or participants’ own laptops. Two to three participants can easily share one computer.
• To get the most out of the course, we recommend setting up a ChatGPT Business or Plus account before the course, as the training is primarily based around ChatGPT as the most widely used AI tool today.
• A free version of ChatGPT can also be used for the exercises, although with fewer features available.
